Job Description:
Client
liaison for all plan management issues, requiring
limited travel; new business implementations and
renewals, client enrollment meetings; contract
maintenance; vendor relationship management;
assistance for all departments.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for the implementation new clients and
retention/renewal of existing clients
-
Responsible for client satisfaction through
proactive contacts and thorough follow-up on
outstanding issues.
Routine
contact with current clients is required.
- Decision
Making/Problems: Make decisions based on a
combination of factors. Solve arising problems
using sound judgment and experience. Maintain an
in-depth understanding of the organization and
nature of the business in order to resolve
problems
- Serve as
information resource to clients, sales support,
marketing and management regarding ongoing
operations

Review plan performance and recommend plan
changes
-
Present renewal information in an informed and
educated manner
-
Recommend products/services to clients and
follow up with Producers on sales leads
-
Cultivate relevant markets by developing and
maintaining industry and product knowledge,
understanding customer needs and concerns,
participating in Marketing events and
continuously promoting a positive company image.

Perform other duties as required.
Education/Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor
degree in Business Administration or related
discipline is required. Related work experience
can be substituted for educational requirement
-
A minimum of three years experience in
health insurance industry, self-funded
environment a plus

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office,
including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Work Experience Requirements:

Ability to build relationships with employer
groups, provide exceptional service, solve
problems and upsell existing business

Drive, persistence, and a strong desire to
assist customers above and beyond service levels

Able to organize activities and handle multiple
projects simultaneously with effective and
timely follow up on each

A positive attitude while operating under
pressure and be an independent problem solver

Excellent verbal and written communication
skills

Must have exceptional interpersonal and group
presentation skills
