Our Mission:

To provide superior service on behalf of our Employer Groups, Plan Sponsors and Plan Members, with an emphasis on maintaining the highest levels of in-house benefit plan expertise, technical innovation and product support.

BMA’s current founder and President, James E. Burkholder established Benefit Management Administrators, Inc. in 1992. His goal was to build an administrative firm based upon integrity, with the highest level of professionalism within the industry. BMA is a company where the client's needs always come first!
