Linda Billings, Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Billings joined BMA in 2005. Her career in the health insurance industry began in 1981 and has included positions in claim adjudication, customer service, quality assurance, training and senior-level management with Benefit Planners, Aetna Health Plans and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Her professional insurance designations through the Health Insurance Association of America include HIPAA Associate, Managed Healthcare Professional, and Health Insurance Associate. Ms. Billings is responsible for the operations of Benefit Management Administrators, Inc. and TPABenefits, Inc.
