Ms. LaLanne is the Claims Manager at BMA.  Ms. LaLanne has over 26 years of experience in the adjudication of medical, dental, vision and prescription drug claims within employer sponsored health plans.  Ms. LaLanne has extensive experience in the areas of coordination of benefits (COB), subrogation, pre-certification, integrated care management and benefit communications.  Ms. LaLanne has had extended management engagements with General American Life Insurance Company and Anthem Health Plans of Texas and is familiar with the adjudication of HMO, PPO, and POS type plans. She is BMA’s primary coordinator of stop-loss claim filings and also oversees plan document preparation and medical management/cost containment programs.  Ms. LaLanne attends numerous educational seminars throughout the year and is a regular participant in the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators annual conferences.  Ms. LaLanne is the key claims department contact for VIP clients of BMA
